FEAR AND WORRY
Meaghan, one of our granddaughters, has a little assignment; it is to read out loud to an adult for 20 min. A few weeks ago, when we were up in Pa. with them, I was the designated listener. She blew me away with this book called “Wimberly Worry.” Wimberly was a little mouse that worried about everything.
She was having a birthday party and worried that nobody would come, then she worried that maybe too many people would come and there would not be enough cake and ice cream, or the house would not be big enough or it would rain or it would be too hot.

It was a great story; I really identified. I can worry about anything, and as good as I might feel, something to worry about is right around the corner.
Fear and worry have quite similar kinds of energy, and the healing is similar as well, let go, let go into your soul and spirit an realize a Power greater than your ego is not only in charge, but loves you totally and completely without any conditions.
When the world is falling down around my ears and I am “Chicken Little” and someone says “I love you,” things fall into perspective and I realize what is truly important.
